Life-Changing 13kg Weight Loss within 4 Weeks

Before

Hi, I am Carl.

Due to bad eating habits and a quite unhealthy lifestyle, I have been struggling with my weight
for many years. And with this weight gain, I encountered a number of health issues.

My first health issue was my bad sleep quality. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and had to undergo surgery to improve my sleep quality.

I had lost quite a lot of weight through this surgery as I couldn’t eat solid foods for 3-4 weeks. However, with my bad eating habits, I had put the weight back on within a year and had gained more weight than before the surgery.

This led to more health issues like high cholesterol, fatty liver, high blood pressure. I am on
medications for these issues and at times, this leaves me feeling lethargic.

My doctor had told me that I should lose weight and get more exercise. But I had tried losing some weight but nothing significant, and my weight fluctuated.

And as for exercise, because of my weight, it has been tough for me. I have constant back
pains, which I found out was due to disc bulge and because of the pressure on my back, it
pressed on the nerve of my left leg, which causes numbness and sometimes pains in my left
knee.

So, from my doctor to the physiotherapist, it is clear that I need to lose weight, not only reduce the pain in my back and knees, but also to reduce the risk of critical illnesses as I get older.

When my friend recommended Eureka Wellness, I knew I needed that kind of professional support, with someone to guide me and change my habits.

Let me start with the reasons why I decided to do this program in the first place.

The results of my weight loss journey are incredible! I lost 12.9kg in the first month. 
The pain in my left leg and knee is gone.
My blood pressure has  returned to normal, so I’m no longer taking my medications for hypertension.
My latest blood test also showed that my LDL and cholesterol levels have returned to normal too.

Now, I can play tennis for much longer without feeling fatigue, And I have so much more freedom of movement.

It’s like I got my body back.
Most importantly, I have reset my eating habits.
I am more in tune with what and how much my body needs to maintain the weight loss and stay healthy.
The only problem I have is getting a whole new wardrobe.
This is a problem that I am happy to have.

The first three weeks required some adjustment with the diet, but that’s also when I saw the biggest results.
